Ambitious: Yale Student Values Gaming Hobby at $1M

By: Moonbeam Glasscock - Published: 2009-03-11

A Yale student with a heart full of hope and a pocketfull of lawyers is set on having his way with the airline industry. His 360 was lost in the luggage on a flight from New Haven to Cincinatti. He's suing for $1,700 as the cost of the 360, and an additional ONE MILLION DOLLARS for damages, the maximum possible amount.

Okay, so the fella is a little ambitious in suing for a million dollars in damages because he missed out on being called gay on XBox Live. Maybe he gets off on that. But where does one get a $1,700 dollar 360?
